Does it send things without me?
Only what you approved. The missed-call text is a script you wrote with us. Review asks go to customers you marked happy. Replies to leads are drafted for you to send. It's an assistant, not an autopilot.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
It stays up while we build the new one. When the new site is ready, your web address points to it. Nothing goes dark, and you keep your address.
Do I have to learn new software?
No. Calls still ring your phone. Texts and messages land in one simple app, and we set it up and show you on the first call. If you can use text messages, you can use this.
Will texts come from my number?
From your business number, the one on your truck, your site and your Google listing. Customers see one number for calls and texts.
How fast?
Express Build ships in days. Custom Build, hand-coded from scratch, takes longer, and we give you the date on the call.
Do I keep my domain?
Yes. Your web address is yours. We point it at the new site; we never take it over. If you don't have one yet, we help you buy one in your name, not ours.
Who owns the site?
Your content, your web address, your photos, your phone number and your customer list are yours. On a monthly plan, we build and host the site as part of the plan. On a one-time build, the finished site is handed to you.
What if I cancel?
Tell us, and you stop at the end of the month. No contract, no cancel fee. Your web address and your number stay yours, and we hand over what's yours.
Do you work outside Arizona?
Arizona first. That's home, and most of our customers are here. We also work with trades in Central Texas. Somewhere else? Text us and ask.
What about my existing Google reviews?
They stay. We work with the listing you already have, and we never make a new one. We set it up right, and new reviews stack on top of the old ones.
How do texts stay legal?
Your customers opt in: they called you, filled out your form, or said yes. Every text has a stop word, so anyone can reply STOP and it stops. We never blast bought lists. Texts come from your registered business number.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep the number on your truck, and calls still ring your phone. We make that number text-capable. If you only have a personal cell, we set up a business number that rings through to it.
